We partner with expert roasters who roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand—not warehouse inventory—so your coffee isn’t sitting around waiting to be sold. We’ve built our roasting and fulfillment process to prioritize freshness, responsiveness, and quality.

In many cases, orders are packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted. This helps us minimize storage time and deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character.

Processing Time (Roasting & Packing)

Because we roast to order, coffee orders typically require 1–5 business days before they’re ready to ship.

Shipping Time (Transit)

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on your location. We ship via USPS standard ground.

Tracking Updates

Every order includes tracking information. Once your tracking is added to the order, customers will receive an automatic notification from the store with the shipping details.
